My Approach to Obedience Training
Many people don't have the time or energy to properly train their dog. I understand that you are busy, that is why I developed my board and train program. I host this program in my home, giving your dog structured and consistent training that is refined to give you extraordinary results. Effective training helps develop happy and confident dogs, not to mention a strengthened bond founded on love, trust, and respect. I use traditional and contemporary training styles, combining the most effective and efficient aspects of each for superior results.

Whether you need to have your puppy or your adult dog trained, this is the place for you. Your dog will be professionally trained in my home and will learn a comprehensive set of commands that will increase their wellbeing as well as your relationship with your dog. The success of my Board and Train program in Phoenix is based on the proper assessment of your dog’s problems, the effective creation of a customized training plan for your dog, and my excellent training techniques. Once your dog has completed the course, I will give you, the owner, the tools to successfully continue with the training of the dog to ensure a life well spent together.
Puppy Basic Obedience Board & Train
This program is for dogs 4-7 months old. The board and train is a minimum of five weeks.
- Halfway through your puppy’s program, you’ll receive a weekly private lesson to learn what your puppy has learned. These weekly sessions guarantee a smooth and confident transition when your puppy returns home. One week after the completion of your puppy’s board and train, we will do an in-home private session.
- This package also includes one year of unlimited access to group classes.
- To guarantee the obedience training in this program, your puppy will be worked by multiple handlers during their stay with me. This will generalize the training to any handler who knows your puppy's commands.
- Behaviors covered during the five weeks include: “Here,” “Sit," "Down", ”Place,” or “Crate,” loose leash walking, stay, socialization, and basic manners.
Basic Obedience with Behavior Modification
This board and train is for adult dogs in need of basic obedience and behavior modification. This program is a minimum of six weeks long.
- Halfway through your dog’s program, you will receive a weekly private lesson to learn what your dog has learned. These weekly sessions guarantee a smooth and confident transition when your dog returns home. One week after the completion of your dog’s board and train, we will do an in-home private session.

A La Carte Board & Train
My A La Carte Board and Train was originally designed for behavior modification cases, as time went on, I noticed how beneficial it was for parents on a budget and parents with limited time for training. This is an eight-day, seven-night board and train that includes one private lesson the day your dog returns home and one private lesson one week after the completion of your dogs’ board and train. This is a pay-as-you-go board and train, meaning that at the end of each week, you decide if you are happy with the level of training your dog is at or if you want to extend his stay another week.
Behaviors typically worked in my A La Carte board and train include loose leash walking, socialization, reactivity, recall, obedience tune-up, handling issues, aggression, anxiety, and crate training.
